Mopius was founded in 2004 to create new and innovative entertainment applications and games for mobile phones.
There is no doubt that the game concepts of the current world of gaming are good and well-proven, but porting them to the new mobile devices has two important disadvantages. The first is that users have already seen all those ideas before. The second, even more important aspect, is that none of the ported concepts really utilize the unique features of today's mobile devices.
It is the goal of Mopius to bring mobile gaming to the level where it should be. One example how this can be done is by integrating location based functionality into games. The first product of Mopius, "The Journey", was the world's first mobile game that combined real time localization of the player with a story.
