Scope
These Terms of Use apply to all digital offerings of Mopius, in particular the website and all mobile applications operated by Mopius for iOS and Android. Deviating terms shall only apply if Mopius has expressly agreed to them in writing.

Services Provided by Mopius
Mopius develops and operates digital products and services, in particular mobile apps and software-based solutions. Our apps may be fully free of charge or may offer additional paid premium features under a freemium model. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, there is no entitlement to specific features or continuous availability.

Registration and User Accounts
Certain features may require the creation of a user account. Users must provide accurate information and keep their access credentials confidential. Mopius may suspend or delete accounts in case of violations of these Terms of Use.

Paid Services and Subscriptions
Paid features are clearly indicated. Subscriptions are billed via the respective app store. The terms and conditions of the platform operator apply in addition. Apple and Google act as independent providers.

Acceptable Use
The website, apps, and services may only be used for lawful purposes. In particular, users must not manipulate systems, circumvent security measures, distribute unlawful content, or violate third-party rights.

Intellectual Property
All content and functionality are the intellectual property of Mopius or licensed accordingly and may only be used within the intended scope.

Availability and Changes
Mopius strives to provide uninterrupted services but cannot guarantee continuous availability. Mopius may modify or discontinue services at any time.

Liability
Mopius shall be liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable damages. Mandatory statutory provisions remain unaffected.

Users may stop using the services at any time. Mopius may suspend or terminate access in case of violations.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
